Warranty
The Juka Nitrogen Cryosauna is covered by a 2 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, under which Juka (the manufacturer) will provide a replacement component free of charge if a valid warranty claim is approved.
All other costs associated with any warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer, including but not limited to all shipping and freight costs (both to return the faulty component and to receive the replacement), all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, all labor and technician service fees, and all travel expenses for any on-site repair or diagnosis.

Does it come ready to use?
When you purchase a sauna, it will be transported and arrive in a crate. You'll need to assemble it but it is a very quick assembly. Other products are usually prebuilt.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately, changes to your order such as address change cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Let our customer support team know that your order is in good hands. We will do our best to fit your needs and fulfill your request.
