Room Requirements
The XR Cryotherapy Chamber must be installed in a ventilated space to prevent the displacement of oxygen. The ventilation system shall be comprised of an exhaust fan or duct that removes air from the space and exhausts the air outdoors, where it cannot be drawn back into the facility ventilation system. An air inlet duct must also be installed in the room, providing makeup air that is known to have an oxygen concentration of 19.5% to 23.5%. This is most commonly accomplished by means of an inlet duct directly to the outdoors, where the average concentration is 20.9% oxygen. The maximum rate of nitrogen generation (release to atmosphere) is 75 standard cubic feet per minute. Cryo Innovations recommends a minimum ventilation rate of 200 SCFM, more than 2.5 times the rate of nitrogen introduction if the chamber were operated continuously.

- Full 2-Year Extended Warranty Plus – $5,000 USD: Covers software updates, fingerprint authorization, waiver data storage, POS use, defective parts replacements (self-installable), and phone support. Price drops to $2,600 if fingerprint/POS data isn’t required.
- 2-Year Extended Warranty Lite – $2,400 USD: Includes software updates, fingerprint, waiver, POS support, and phone support but excludes defective parts replacements.
Software License: A separate license is required for operating software, fingerprint, and cloud storage. Original owners receive 3 years free; afterward or for pre-owned units, it’s $100/month if using POS, fingerprint, or waiver storage.
XR Electronics Upgrade – $2,500 USD: New 22” touchscreen, infrared camera, upgraded fingerprint reader, 2-year electronics warranty, and $200 discount on extended warranties (original tablet must be returned).
Accessories Kit – $499 USD: Includes robes, slippers, gloves, posters, and measuring chart.

When you purchase a sauna, it will be transported and arrive in a crate. You'll need to assemble it but it is a very quick assembly. Other products are usually prebuilt.
