3 Year Limited Warranty - The period beginning upon the date you receive delivery of the Product and lasting 3 calendar years (the "Warranty Period"). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the Product.

Does it come ready to use?
When you purchase a sauna, it will be transported and arrive in a crate. You'll need to assemble it but it is a very quick assembly.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately, changes to your order such as address change cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Let our customer support team know that your order is in good hands. We will do our best to fit your needs and fulfill your request.
