Yes, shipping is really free! We like it simple here. What you see is what you pay, no hidden fees, no problem.
Does it come ready to use?
When you purchase a sauna, it will be transported and arrive in a crate. You'll need to assemble it but it is a very quick assembly. Other products are usually prebuilt.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately, changes to your order such as address change cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Let our customer support team know that your order is in good hands. We will do our best to fit your needs and fulfill your request.
How To Return My Items?
To initiate a return, please communicate with our customer support team, and they will instruct you on how to initiate a return. If a product is defective, you will never be charged anything. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final; however, if you desperatly want to return a product, give us a call, and we will make sure your requests and needs are met.
